Carolinas' Deal of the Year Award
ACG Research Triangle is pleased to announce the 6th annual Carolinas’ Deal of the Year Award in conjunction with our 2012 Capital Conference. The Award will be presented on April 3, 2012 at the Capital Conference 2012 Breakfast.
The Private Equity Deal of the Year award honors both the company and the private equity group involved in a significant transaction in either North or South Carolina during 2011.
We are currently accepting applications for the Deal of the Year Award. If you have a transaction you would like to submit, please let us know before February 15, 2012 and we will forward you a deal questionnaire.
Applications will be kept in confidence and reviewed by the Deal Awards Committee. The winner will be notified by March 15, 2012 and will be invited to summarize the deal in a presentation on April 3rd, 2012 at the Capital Conference.
